Terms & Conditions — MR138

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

You may register for and use MR138 only if you are at least 21 years of age, possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws that apply to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your location.

You must not use MR138 where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. The availability of the Platform in English for Malaysian users, the acceptance of MYR, or the support of payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong does not constitute a representation that use is lawful in every jurisdiction or circumstance.

To remain eligible, you must:

• Provide complete, current, and accurate personal information;
• Use the Account only for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person;
• Be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your Account;
• Maintain no more than one active MR138 Account unless we approve otherwise in writing;
• Not be an employee, contractor, game supplier, payment processor, or immediate family member of a person whose role could create an unfair advantage; and
• Complete all requested age, identity, address, source-of-funds, and payment ownership checks.

Registration requires you to submit the information requested by MR138, which may include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, preferred currency, and payment details. Information must match your valid identification documents. Nicknames, false identities, temporary contact details, and information belonging to another person are not permitted.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, device access, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not disclose Account credentials or allow another person to place bets, process payments, or contact support through your Account. Activity authenticated using your credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified MR138 promptly of suspected compromise.

KYC and Account Review

MR138 may request a valid Malaysian photo ID or passport, proof of address dated within the previous three months, a selfie holding the identification document, payment ownership evidence, and reasonable information concerning the source of funds. Verification is commonly completed within 24–48 hours after clear and complete documents are received, but complex reviews may take longer.

You must notify MR138 promptly if your name, address, contact details, payment details, or other registration information changes. We may restrict deposits, wagering, bonuses, or withdrawals until updated information has been verified.

MR138 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platform for lawful recreational purposes. You acquire no ownership interest in the Platform, its software, its content, or any gaming product by creating an Account or placing a wager.

You must not:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or other systems to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit, test, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any Platform security or game function;
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent activity;
• Use a virtual private network, proxy, false geolocation tool, or altered device information to conceal a restricted location or identity;
• Deposit funds obtained unlawfully or use MR138 to transfer money between unrelated payment instruments;
• Harass support staff, submit unlawful material, or impersonate another person; or
• Sell, assign, rent, share, or otherwise transfer an Account.

MR138 may investigate unusual activity and temporarily restrict an Account while an investigation is pending. Where reasonably necessary, we may request further documents, review gameplay and transaction records, cancel affected wagers, withhold disputed funds, or report suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority or payment provider.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. MR138 may reject third-party payments and may require a withdrawal to be returned through the same method used for the deposit where operationally possible. Available limits, fees, and processing times are displayed during the relevant transaction and may differ by method.

Malaysian users may be offered MYR payment options including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability depends on the payment provider, maintenance periods, account verification, transaction value, and risk review. A stated processing time is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Withdrawal Conditions

1. Your identity and payment ownership must be verified to MR138's reasonable satisfaction.
2. All deposited funds must have cleared and must not be subject to a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute.
3. Any applicable bonus wagering conditions must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited in accordance with its rules.
4. Your Account must not be under investigation for fraud, duplicate registration, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.
5. Any reasonable transaction, network, or banking fee shown before confirmation may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

E-wallet withdrawals may be processed more quickly than direct bank transfers, but external provider delays can occur. MR138 is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, e-wallet operators, blockchain networks, maintenance windows, inaccurate payment details, or compliance reviews outside our direct control.

Bonuses and promotions are optional offers governed by these Terms and any additional rules displayed with the relevant campaign. Additional rules may specify eligibility, minimum deposit, qualifying games or sports, wagering requirements, contribution percentages, maximum stake, validity period, withdrawal cap, and excluded payment methods.

Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, each promotion is limited to one eligible Player, Account, household, device, IP address, payment instrument, and shared residential address. MR138 may exclude Players who attempt to obtain multiple benefits through duplicate Accounts, coordinated activity, false information, or technically compliant wagering that defeats the intended recreational purpose of an offer.

Bonus credit is not withdrawable as cash until all stated conditions have been satisfied. If you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement, any remaining bonus and associated bonus winnings may be removed. Expired or forfeited promotional value cannot normally be restored.

Birthday, VIP, cashback, referral, and reload rewards are subject to eligibility checks and may vary according to Account status or campaign rules. Promotional figures are not guarantees of profit, winnings, or future availability.

A bet is accepted only when it has been recorded by MR138 and appears as confirmed in your Account history. A request that is pending, interrupted, or displayed only on your device is not necessarily accepted. You are responsible for checking the market, selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a wager.

Sports bets, including bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international football, UFC, and other events, are settled using the official result or a reliable data source selected by MR138. Market-specific rules determine the treatment of abandoned, postponed, rescheduled, shortened, or otherwise altered events. Obvious pricing, market, or settlement errors may be corrected after reasonable review.

Casino game outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, random number generator, or live dealer procedure. In the event of a discrepancy between a device display and the authoritative server record, the server record will prevail unless there is clear evidence of a Platform error.

Interrupted Play and Technical Errors

If a connection is interrupted after a wager has been accepted, the wager may remain valid and settle normally. Where a game round cannot be completed or reconstructed, MR138 may void the affected round and return the eligible stake. We may correct duplicate credits, manifest errors, or winnings generated by a malfunction. Deliberately exploiting a known error is a material breach of these Terms.

MR138 provides gambling services for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling carries financial risk and must never be treated as employment, an investment, or a reliable way to repay debt. You are responsible for setting an affordable budget and monitoring your time and spending.

Available controls may include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. A request to lower a limit will normally take effect promptly. A request to increase or remove a protective limit may be subject to a cooling-off period and further review.

If you request self-exclusion, you must not attempt to reopen the Account, register another Account, or access MR138 through another person's details. We will take reasonable steps to apply the restriction, but you must also avoid the Platform and remove saved credentials from your devices.

The MR138 name, logo, visual identity, website design, software, text, graphics, databases, interfaces, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to MR138 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party games and related content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You may view and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, frame, mirror, transmit, license, sell, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission. No licence is granted except the limited right of use expressly stated in these Terms.

MR138 aims to provide a stable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access. Maintenance, security incidents, telecommunications failures, device incompatibility, payment outages, live data delays, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR138 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, anticipated winnings, business, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for your internet connection, device security, wagering decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with local law. Casino games and sports bets involve chance and risk. Historical results, odds, RTP information, or promotional material do not guarantee future outcomes.

You may request closure of your Account through customer support. Before closure, eligible cleared funds may be withdrawn subject to KYC, payment, bonus, and security checks. Account closure does not cancel unresolved disputes, chargebacks, investigations, or obligations that arose before the closure request.

MR138 may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary to protect Players, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, investigate unusual activity, prevent fraud, address security risks, or respond to payment provider requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice or a reason for the action.

If a material breach, fraud, collusion, unlawful source of funds, duplicate Account, or deliberate system exploitation is established, MR138 may void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained bonuses or winnings, recover losses, and return any undisputed balance as required by applicable rules.

MR138 may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, payment services, security practices, commercial arrangements, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised review date.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, reasonable notice may be provided through the Platform or your registered contact details. Continued use of MR138 after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of MR138, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you. You are independently responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in Malaysia or any other location from which you access the Platform.

If you believe an Account, payment, bonus, or settlement decision is incorrect, contact customer support and provide your username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, the date, and a clear description of the issue. Complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible so records can be reviewed efficiently.

MR138 will review available Account records, game logs, payment records, and communications before issuing a response. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the internal complaints process before pursuing any other remedy available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by MR138 to enforce a right on one occasion does not waive that right on another occasion.
